My Zusher always was a fresh air type of girl.
She loves cooler weather and walking in the snow. Now, since the canine dementia diagnosis, she seems to crave our back deck. The rain stopped, so she’s been laying out there sleeping. I go and check on her every ten minutes or so, but I figure she’s happy for now.
Keep a good thought for the Zusher as she travels down this road with me.
We have had a long day today, as far as the girls and I go.
Zusher is nestled in front of the tree and from all of us, to you, gentle reader, we want to thank you for following the blog, and wish for you the happiest and healthiest of 2017!
My husband likes to call our two-week old Roomba our “third dog.”
I don’t think so.
If you look at the picture above, the Roomba is on a small rug under Zush’s new bed.
This is how Kasia usually sleeps or rests.Zush is pretty much the same, but usually on her new bed.Hah! Now I have to sequester them, and I , like them, wait patiently for the Roomba to finish it’s job.
Many people have seen the videos of the cat on Roomba on You Tube. On behalf of Zusher and Kasia, we’ll happily guarantee that you’ll never see them riding on a Roomba.
….for Zush’s blood work to come back.
Fortunately,we went to the vet yesterday and we got to rule out organ failure, thank God. After losing Zusher’s buddy Lola to kidney failure last week, well, suffice it to say we loved Lola, and she was a buddy.
Now, we wait to see if our girl is joining the incontinence club or just has a bad UTI.We are praying that things stabilize for her.
Every day God gives me with my girls and Jim is a blessing. They are my life.
