My nephew, Greg, informed me of a chance of one to three inches of snow forecasted for the Undisclosed Location on Saturday.In honor of this,I decided to do something I have never done in my life before. I actually started taking Christmas decorations down.
The snowflake on the front of the house really isn’t in focus and the doghouse is still up, but I did start taking the ribbons down, after talking to my neighbor. Her Christmas decorations are all down, but I normally wait until after the feast day of the Three Kings to take the rest down. With the snow that is allegedly coming, I started by taking the ribbons I had up off so they didn’t get ruined. The rest, I decided, can wait until the weather clears and dries them all out.
These clouds were coming into the area when I walked the girls this afternoon, and you could feel the chill coming in with the front.
The only good part about this? I don’t have to run to the local Philadelphia store to buy eggs, bread, milk and toilet paper…..lol.
