Leaf Me Alone….or Wanna Make a Bet?

Leaf collection starts Tuesday,allegedly, in “Undisclosed Location”. Here’s the quality job Jim did getting ours together.

One small thing though. Be it big city or little hamlet, sure they are collecting leaves but they’ll have to spend more money in late January when they have to do it a second time.

Why?

All the leaves aren’t down yet…things that make you want to shake some heads in local government.
