I christened my new mixer today. 
I decided to make my traditional vanilla biscotti, as I knew it was a recipe I know like the back of my hand. I had made the Oreo biscotti for Valentine’s Day, and they were ok, but my vanilla recipe is my go to recipe.
It was nice to have a quality appliance to work with, and hopefully, I’ll have as long a relationship with it as I did my prior Kitchen Aid mixer.
