After my month of doing the mind blowing lgovernmental tango down here, faxing out paperwork ad nauseum, trying to decipher hyroglyphics on line, make time to appear in the government offices as directed, I am back at step one.
As all good government provides for contrary rulings, so do these folks. I got not one but two contrary mailings today from the agency.
Guess we know who is back on the phone tomorrow.
