Jersey Boys

It’s no secret I was born in the last two weeks of 1959.

So tonight,we were watching HBO and the “Jersey Boys” came on.

I was watching, and it really was hitting me that I wasn’t getting it.I mean I grew up in a house that played Simon and Garfunkel and Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons, well, I would hear them occasionally on a transistor radio. I stopped and remembered all the people who I knew who just went bananas over the “Jersey Boys” musical.

**Shaking my head**

I know this movie was directed by Clint Eastwood, and for being a 60’s child, I see more of “The Sopranos” in this film than I do anything else.Don’t get me wrong.I sing or hum along with Frankie Valli music when it’s played, but this movie is hard for me to watch.

Maybe I need to get back to my transistor radio….
